I submitted this question earlier this evening but it never showed up
in my search history. If this is because the question has not been
locked then this second time might not be necessary.
Question: Here in Beaufort County SC, the public school attendance in
the Pre K level dropped significantly in 2002 and that unexplained
drop is carried thru in subseqent years in that cohort group - now
showing in the third grade.
I want to know if this is a national or regional anomaly and whether
there has been some analysis of the cause.
