Looking for a list of 20 or so US universities that are still
accepting applications for Spring 2006 from international students for
a Masters in Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer
Engg. We are looking for mid-tier universities with annual tuition fee
less than $15K, located in California or Texas or a top 50 school
anywhere in US (for example, UC Davis, San Jose State Univ, U of Texas
at Austin etc). For each university we would need the fees,
application deadlines, and minimum admission requirements if any in
terms of GRE/TOEFL scores etc.
