I am sorry I was not able to get to the question you posted, although
I admit having some concern over whether I could deliver the type of
value I expect from myself under the limitations of this service. (I
could do so much more in a phone consultation.) Another researcher let
me know about your question this morning, but I was in the process of
completing a major legal brief with an impending deadline (and thus
could not also meet yours).

Hi expertlaw!  How great to hear from you!  Thank you so much for
getting back to me so quickly.  Actually, I had the question up for
less than 24 hours so it was certainly not your fault.  The reason I
withdrew it is because the meeting was today and I was able to get my
own answer.  I really felt in a panic since I didn't know how this was
going to play out, but as it turned out, the bank appears to be very
legitimate and willing to hear both sides - thank heavens!  Since it
