I need a list of many Danish names and addresses. It has to be in a
format like .txt or .xml (simply finding an online phonebook is not
enough). You do not have to provide me with the list, but i.e. a
reference to where I can buy it (if the price is more than 200$ i need
at least two references). The list has to include at least 70% of all
adult Danes (your guess is good enough).

In general, such lists cannot be legally delivered to parties outside
the European Union without the express permission of everyone on the
list.  Have a look at the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data,
part 7: http://www.datatilsynet.dk/eng/index.html

You'll have trouble getting a list with more than 70 % coverage,
anyway.  There are 4,2 million Danes aged 18 and up (source:
http://www.statistikbanken.dk/BEF1A).  The largest consumer databases
in Denmark contain only 2,5 million names - less than 60 % of the
adult population (source:
http://www.tdcmarkedsdata.dk/CrossBorder/B2C_Consumer%20Database_DK.pdf).
 You should also be wary of using any lists contining more names than
this for mass mailings: More that 350.000 Danes have signed up for the
national opt-out list (the "Robinson list"), making it illegal to
contact them for direct marketing purposes.
