Each step is adding a set of 10's -- and using n-1 as the number in the column.

Can you please explain how it works step-by-step?
Thank you.

Greetings Sammyvega,

The last number series is 43215, as Omni states:

------5
-----15 = adding 1 x 10 to 5
----215 = adding 20 X 10 to 15
---3215 = adding 300 x 10 to 215
--43215 = adding 4000 x 10 to 3215

See the pattern? Singlular 5, 1 before 5, 2 before 15, 3 before 215,
4 before 3215: Reverse order of 1,2,3,4 preceding 5. Accomplished by
adding ascending multiples of ten to the previous number.

Best regards,
journalist-ga

1 has n-1 (or zero) numbers in the 10's column.
2 has n-1 (or 1) number in the 10's column -- and the number is 1. Making it 15.
3 has n-1 (or 2) numbers in the 10's columns -- and the number added is 2, for 215.
4 has n-1 (or 3) numbers in the 10's columns -- and the number added
is 3, for 3215.
5 has n-1 (or 4) numbers in the 10's columns -- and the number added
is 4, for 43215.

6 has n-1 (or ?) numbers in the 10's columns -- and the number added is ?, for
?43,215

Best regards,
