why perfect competition would be inapropriate in some industries?

Try finding one that PC would be appropriate for ?

Negligable cost of entry, negligable cost of exit
- no differentiatian on the demand curve ?

Just to make life easy, look up 'commanding heights' also Boeing and Airbus
