What are the laws or Real Estate laws (specifically in South Carolina)
that deal with employeer provided housing.  How long must an employer
give a resigning or dismissed employee to vacate provided housing?

Doug,

If you scroll down to Scope and Jurisdiction on this site, under 5)
you will find that employer provided housing does not fall under this
law.

I would expect that the provision of housing for an employee is
documented in some form, either in the employment contract or a
separate document.  If there is a notice period for the resignation or
dismissal, perhaps that is the period.
