Is there software robot that can change the amount being bid on
Overture at specific times?  Basically I want to be able to drop my
bids at certain times and raise them a few hours later.

The specific function I am looking for is for preprogramable timing. 
That is bid prices are increased at a certain set time and reduced at
a time and so on. I know that there are bid managment packages out
there but I want the timing function specifically.
