We are looking for the names and addresses of doctors (MD's) licensed
in any Canadian province that are willing to reissue prescriptions
issued by USA licensed physicians.  This is called tele-medicine and
is controversial because the doctor does not see the patient face to
face but does review the chart.

Are you looking for

a) a service that will take an American prescription and fill it for
you in Canada or
b) a service that will take the American prescription, rewrite it and
send it back to you for you to fill yourself?

I ask because while I am aware of services that will meet condition
(a), I don't know of any that will meet condition (b). Considering the
existence of option (a), there does not seem to be a need for option
(b).

Many Canadian doctors will be happy to make an appointment with you to
sign off on an American prescription, but from the way you phrased
your question, it sounds like you are looking to do this from the U.S.
rather than travel to Canada.

Any search for "canadian prescription" will turn up a list of Canadian
pharmacies that will fill prescriptions from Americans.  All these
pharmacies must get the US prescription rewritten by doctors that have
a  license in Canada.  I am interested in setting up this service for
Americans and need to find Canadian doctors (not my competitors) who
would be willing to do telemedicine.  The doctors that are already
doing it for the existing cross border pharmacies would be the best
candidates.  It is the name of some of these doctors that I am looking
for. For the $200 I need the names of at least 5 doctors.

I am looking for the names of the Canadian doctors who will rewrite US
prescriptions.  There are many of them doing this for dozens of online
canadian pharmacies.

This is all I’ve found out.

I located the names of two doctors (with their pictures also) on the
website of a Canadian online pharmacy who rewrite prescriptions. BUT
as I continued my search, I also found out that they are the owners
and associates of a Canadian online health center that mail out
prescription medicines to Americans. Their health center works offline
because American patients who visit Canada for the day can get their
prescriptions rewritten there as well. Maybe they don’t work for that
online pharmacy anymore and have gone into business by themselves.

A number of Online Pharmacies such as Canada Meds and Cross Border
Pharmacy are looking for physicians just as you are, to rewrite their
prescriptions, although they are seeking American Physicians with
