I'm looking for a board game I played as a kid. It was a cool game,
the board was all 3Dish, and if I remember right, looked like some
sort of ancient ruins. I don't remember the objective, but I know you
went around collection jewels, and there was a rickety bridge leading
towards a big ancient statue of a head. It reminded me of an Indiana
Jones type of adventure. It seems like it wouldn't be more than about
7-10 years old.

Was it Basari (released 1998)?

Could it have been the 1970's Milton Bradley game "Voice of the
Mummy"? It was a very cool game where players moved about the ruins
of an Egyptian mummy's tomb collecting various jewels (if memory
serves, most of them were bright red). The "tomb" was battery operated
(which was a farily new innovation for a board game back them - or it
was to me at least) and if you took the wrong turn the Mummy would
speak in an eerie voice.

The description is unmistakable... except for the conspicuous lack of
fireballs, the coolest part of the game.

Thanks for the replies. I think it may be Fireball Island, was there
any other games like it? It seems like the game was like that, but it
didn't have fireballs, and didn't have 2 bridges. I remember it had 1
long bridge that lead to the tiki guy in the middle, and the bridge
had pieces missing out of it that you could fall through, and the game
pieces had little hooks on them in case you did fall through. I have a
pretty vague memory of it since it has been so long since I played it.
