i am looking to start a small internet cafe which has poker tables to
play at. i want to have my cafe located in the uk, but have no idea
about how to go about setting this up. i need to know the regulations
in place, and how to obtain a license (if one is needed) to do this. i
am also intereseted in online poker software. many of the online poker
sites use the same software, and i was curious whho makes the
software, and if the companies who own the software lease it out, or
selll it. if my questions can be answered i will pay more than the
price i have left.
