I have about 300 expense items that are in an excel sheet with all the
correct information needed to make an entry into Sage accounting. What
i woudl like to know is whether their is any way to bulk upload them?

provides the software and services about which you're 
inquiring? Are you signed up for their SageCover services
which have to do with Excel?:
