Hey Folks,
I'm looking to sell my massachusetts motorcycle on eBay which
currently has an 'Owner Retained' title.  Prospect buyers who are out
of state have concerns about the process/cost for how this is done
considering the title of 'Owner Retained'.

Anyone know the details for how to do this along with associated
costs?  
Likely the future buyer would either be from MA, NY, NH, ME, PA, VT, OR RI.

Any references web sites that detail the process would also be
very helpful.
