Looking for electronic plans (schematics) and kits for "mains powered
surveillance transmitters" - devices like the ones at
http://www.eskan.com/mains.html for example, but NOT BUILT (!!)
The supplier must sale overseas.

Thanx a lot boyo62-ga for your answer.
I've tried to find before at this particular site and at many others
the "MAINS powered transmitter" without success. The transmitter (as
far as I know is a very simple one, but HAS to work directly from
220V, transformerless, as seen from the example I've sent...
No success finding till now :(

Don't give up...
We have used an adapted version of an application on microchips
web-site "http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1490&filterID=535"
to suite our customers needs. To run such a circuit off 230V You would
have to use an R and C in series and a bridge rectifier in series to
that to get lower voltage and then regulate that down using a straight
forward LM78L05 or so. That would work like a charm and You could
still program the PIC to suite Your needs...    ;-)
