Try this:
Go to myPCtuneup.com to download the uninstaller and follow the instructions:

You have several infections, which will take many different programs
to get out of your computer. I suggest you go to one of the forums
and post your log in their malware analysis forums:
http://forum.malwareremoval.com/
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/

You have sidesearch, epolvy, MySearch,Adware.DrSearch,ClearSearch,as
well as the Nail.exe.

With all of these (so far) I would seriously encourage you to seek
help at one of the forums you find on the net or one of the two I
posted above.

Good luck :)

Removing Aurora and Nail

1. Download Adaware
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5
update the definitions.

2. Download and Install MS AntiSpyware if you can

3. Download and unzip Nailfix from
http://www.dknoppix.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi?Nailfix
- Run it

4. Download this tool
    Location 1: http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
    Location 2: http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

5. Disable System Restore ( Right click on My Computer, go to System
Restore tab and turn it off )

6. Go in Safe Mode (Restart your computer, when you see the Dell Logo
or your manufacturer logo, tap F8 key and choose safe mode)

7. Run the Tool download in Step 4 (read the readme file from the package)
-- i believe option 2 is the one to choose when u run the first .bat
file from the folder.. Also, be patient.. it takes long (less than 15
min) but does the job.

8. If your problem is solved, don't forget to thank the forums mentioned below.

I forgot to mention that you have to run adaware and microsoft
antispyware scans in safe mode as well... AFTER successfully running
the l2mfix tool (step7)
