Looking for information about colocation facilities available in the
Seattle/Puget Sound area.  We're currently at AboveNet in Tukwila,
which is ideal for us, but they're clearing it out now so we need to
find another one.  At least, their facility is ideal; the company went
through bankruptcy and always uncertainty about continued colo
operation, but all colos were going bankrupt when we moved in back
then so it was take your pick.

We need a list of all major colos that are available to choose from in
the area, with links to their web sites and information about each
one.  We have to consider downtown, but prefer something not in
downtown, where you can just drive up and park.  For instance, there's
stuff in Tukwila and Bellevue.  Nice big modern facility is a plus. 
Prefer companies that are stable and will be in the colo business long
term and not always in mergers and acquisitions.

Would like to see messages that colo customers posted on message
boards about experiences with colos in the area or opinions about
them.  Messages about how easy they are to deal with, how much they
have their act together or not, conjecture about which is best, etc. 
If they mention how much they paid for rack space or bandwidth, it
would help us with negotiations.  (We need one full rack or half rack
and currently use about 15Mbps bandwidth)

 I will do my best to compile some names and websites/descriptions of
colocation facilities in the Seattle/Pujet Sound area. I cannot,
however, ensure that these companies will be stable and not undergo a
merge in the long run. I believe that would be insider company
knowledge and it would be detrimental to any business to make such
information available before it happens! I also cannot promise to
deliver messages or opinions about facilities in the Seattle area if
such message boards do not exist. But, I will see what I can come up

I am assuming you want businesses with physical office headquarters in
the Seattle/Puget Sound area as opposed to remote offices that offer
colocation services in Seattle and elsewhere around the country.

A lot of the services are located in data centers in downtown Seattle.
Some of these services may offer more than you actually need. I did go
as far north as Everett and as far south as Olympia in case you have
an interest. Digital Forest and Worldlink sound as though they might
be an option.
