You can't. Any bank will have to send the money orders to Singapore
for collection and receive credit to its S$ account and convert the S$
to US$ for credit to your account. Maybe the bank does not now have
to physically send the paper, can handle that electronically, but it
comes to the same thing. And as you already know, after bank charges,
you won't get much.
Got a friend in Singapore whom you could give them to?
Maybe they are attractive enough to frame or put under the glass top of your bar.
