Hi there, 

I have a female friend who had a mastectomy and then had it
reconstructed with an implant about 2 sizes larger than she originally
was.  Since she was always small breasted, she decided to make
"lemonade out of lemons", so to speak  & had her "good breast"
implanted with an implant.  A friend's wife had small A cups and after
having 4 kids she got implants and she runs around braless with a tank
top and looks awesome.

Both women showe them off to everyone and everyone touches them.  I
would have to say that if you are a breast man - implants or naturale
- it doesn't matter.  If the woman feels sexy with her implants,
that's it !  There are lots of women who are very ashamed of their
breasts because of where society is with being thin, having perfect
boobs, etc

I hope I'm making sense here.  If she is happy with her implants, well
-  then they are part of her.  Heck, how many people run around with
nose jobs?  Most people who have had them probably needed them - if
they had a good outcome I'm sure they feel better about themselves
which helps them forget about obsessing about their insecurities and
perhaps help them focus on themselves.

Once you get your breast implants, you ahve to get them re-done or
augmented again every ten years or so, just to keep them perky...

I think its a bad idea considering all of the risk factors that are
involved and the waste of money it is that you could be spending on
something a lot more useful in society like your kids' education or
donating to shelters.
