What were the exact dates for these concerts?

1) The Monkees at Southern Star Amphitheater (Houston) with Weird Al
Yankovich (mid-late 80s)

2) The Monkees at Southern Star Amphitheater (Houston) without Weird Al

3) Corrosion of Conformity & Nickelback in a Dallas club (late 2000 or early 2001)
