I am compiling a database of major Radio Frequency Welding Equipment
manufacturers. Most info I got with simple searches online but there
are some companies I can't find any information on. I will need a
brief description of the companies, their address, phone #s, url, list
of their models and if possible the output (ex 20 volts) and prices.

Hello -

Are you sure this is an up-to-date or accurate list?  I spoke to
someone from Stellar Products, who's been in the business for over 30
years.  He hasn't heard of over half of these companies, and he also
informed me that two of them were bought out by other companies.  
Must the information you're looking for include these companies?

The list is probably not up to date. These are just companies I heard
about and they are the last ones i couldn't find any info about. If
some don't exist or are merged then that's all I need to know. And any
that do exist I just need any info you can get your hands on relating
to the topics i listed.
