I am looking for a working code and complete document for Verilog/Vhdl
implementation(code) for a CDMA Rake reciver.

By the way, I assume your list price is asking for information on
where to buy the code, not for the code itself. I doubt you'd ever be
able to purchase such code for $20.

If somebody can offer me a code then i can also offer him different
prize. But first some body has to come up with the code and document.
They can share the document first and both agrees on prize and other
things then that person can send me a code and charge me the decided
amount.
