I am working on a redesign of a website
http://www.provlib.org

I am developing an outline for navigation, headings etc. and I want
the language to be as library jargon-free as possible--

I am struggling with two categories and what to call them: Library
Services and Collections--

First of all, I am thinking Services which would contain the following
items that people can do in the library: WIFI, Intralibrary Loan,
Museum passes, Computer Labs, Exhibit/Event space, Genealogical
research, Reference desk, Patent Search--but is there a better word
for SERVICES?

Second, Collections: I have some thoughts on that but wanted to leave
it open--this category would contain: Audio books (tape, CD), Art,
Book/Media lists, Business resources, Children?s, e-books, Edna
Frazier, Fed Depository, Foreign language (listing of what and where),
Foundation, Music (CDs, LPs, music scores), RI, Video (DVD, VHS),
Services--

So what I am looking for is a better word for collections--

Multimedia includes print, audio, video, photo, electonic media.
Everything it seems that's in that section.
