Question ID: 554605
I recently made a purchase from http://www.shophen.com. I found this
online retailer through Froogle. I have had a very difficult time
reaching this company via phone and email, nor has there been any
progress on my order.

On the "Contact Us" link, the Organization Name is "Whois Privacy
Protection Service, Inc." So My question is, what/who is this company
and is shophen.com legit?

I'd say, it's a fraud company. Reputable companies don't conceal their
identity and location by using anonymizing services.

In my opinion, you have, alas, lost your money. It is a very bad idea
to do any business with enterprises that hide behind a such mask. Only
scammers and fraudsters have reason to do that.

I find it suspicious that they use both the TM symbol and the
registered symbol (r in a circle) at the same time - once a trademark
is registered with the Patent and Trademark Office, there is no reason
to use a TM. Plus the TM is at the beginning. Seems shady to me.
