I want to download all my gmail to my computer. I setup Outlook to
download it according to gmail instructions but what is indicated is
that "POP is enabled for all mail that has arrived since July 7th". Is
there anyway to go beyond that? I have been using gmail for about 10
months.

Hi,
- What version of Outlook are you using?
- Where abouts do you get the "POP is enabled for all mail that has
arrived since July 7th"?
- Have you ticked the "Enable POP for all mail" in the Gmail POP settings?
- Is all mail since 7th July already downloaded into outlook?
- What date did you first set the Gmail POP settings?

In your GMail POP settings, double-check that you selected:

Enable POP for all mail

(NOT "Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on")

After I set this, Outlook downloaded all my existing emails from the GMail server.

Hope that helps.
