I have looked into getting hair extensions for a while.  I have asked
my stylist about Great Lengths and other well known methods and they
all say that it is ultimately damaging to your hair.  I have read
about a technique called pinch braids mentioned on www.hairpolice.com
They claim there is no damage whatsoever.  I have tried to research
this online but most of the information comes from salons or vendors
which are obviously biased.

I would like to know if the pinch braid method will not compromise my
own hair in any way? My own hair is full and midbust length so just
looking to add a few inches. I am only interested in objective
information/reviews.
