Is it legal for residents of the British Virgin Islands to play
online poker for U.S. dollars in the British Virgin Islands? 
I.e., can a resident of the British Virgin Islandslegally go
online and play at partypoker.com?  Clarification -- I do not want to
know if it is legal to operate an online poker website in the British
Virgin Islands.
