like many U.S. counties, Solano County has its database online:

However, you may need your parcel ID, as this address is not producing any results.

The property was purchased December 1, 1994 (not 1995, as you mention
in the text of your question).  The sellers were David and Dolores
Archer.  The sale price was $308,000.

search strategy -- Searched several public and commercial real estate
databases for information on the address given.

Omnivorous was headed in the right direction, but the online database
considers the property in an unincorporated area, even though the
mailing address is Dixon. However, the purchase price isn't one of the
items listed. But the online information is at
