Needed: A program that will invert my mouse y-axis with a hotkey press, that when
pressed and held changes the up/down axis to inverted, and when
released brings normal control back to the mouse. It must be able to
run in the background and take little system resources. must be able
to bind to a specified key. (note: pressing and holding the button is
a required function, not simply pressing to toggle on or off. Key must
be held for long periods)
