I am trying to buy a cut-away die cast silhouette of the 1925 Orginal
Model T Ford car to use on a house lawn sign...my name is Ford. the
silhouette should be at least 12" long.

I haven't been able to find what you describe, but I found this
interesting item at an Ebay auction:

This is an actual brass embossed Ford logo from a Model T, 20 inches
wide and 5 inches high. This could become part of a truly unique yard
marker!
