Hello
i have several pages to my website that show good pr rankigs however
don't appear in results pages with lower pr do better. i will include
the url  belwo as examples to help in aid of my question

The page above has a pr ranking of 4 however it doesn't show up on
many keywords that are related to the  subject of this page, including
search terms such as
kumho tyres, kumho, etc.
please can you explain any flaws in this page or improvments i should
be making so that this page appears in the results page.
Also is the page rank based only on links or other code factors ?
i would appreciate your comments.
