How do I find an inmate in a Texas prison, get there SID number or
find out if they have been parolled?

This URL lists the inmate locator service telephone numbers for most
of the states. Texas does have an inmate service locator number. If
the person is in local custody you will have to contact the Sheriff's
locator service in that county. Many of these search sites are also
available online.
