Either Microsoft or the William Gates Foundation sponsors a program
called Partners in Education. I need to know the name and mailing
address of the chief executive officer of Partners in Education, as
well as the names and mailing addresses of the members of the board of
directors or advisory board of Partners in Education.

Partners in Education.
