It must indeed be new.  There are several other sites selling
Spiegelau glasses, but the only one that had your photo does not have
a price.

Granted, subtly different, with the ones that moneymaker-ga is looking
for being 4 1/2" inches tall (and not 5 1/4" tall) and with a slightly
more flair to the rim, and without the leaf motif.

These appear to be out of stock everywhere, but I have made enquiries
and I await responses.
