Question ID: 555418
I have Outlook Express and receive about 100 emails a day, most of
which are of a standard format containing about 3 kilobytes of
information, and I transfer them to the Deleted Items file daily.
However, when about 500 emails have been received, any new ones are
bounced until I empty at least a number of the messages previously
received.

I have used O.E. on a number of other computers but have never had such a problem.

It may not be the OE at all, but yoursettings which are not allowing
th edeleted materials to clear the server (where there may in fact be
a limit). Try adjusting these settings and let me know if that works
for you.

It was merely a suggestion. The instructions are self explanatory.
Beyond that perhaps someone with more information will be able to
chime in.

I think, when you move it to the delete folder, the mails stay in the
Server.Because of storage limit in the server, new emails to your inbox
are getting bounced.

What you can do is create a private folder in your computer.Move the
emails, you want to delete to that folder.By this action, you are
clearing the Trash box in your Server and hence, there would be more
storage availble to receive emails.

Thanks,
plsraju.

Following tutuzdad-ga's suggestion, I have amended the Server
parameters and should know in a few days whether this course of action
has worked.
