Want lawyer for case of retaliation on sexual harassment years after
an out-of-court settlement specifically prohibited firm from
retaliation
Part 1: $10: I would like the name of an attorney / law firm that
practices in Federal US courts for a case similar to the one I am in
where:
a) the victim (V) was sexually harassed by a manager (M) at a Fortune
500 firm (F) ,
b) the victim was retaliated against by the M,
c) the case was settled between the firm, the victim and the manager?s
supervisor (S), where the out-of-court settlement specifically named M
not to retaliate in references,
d) five years later the victim is retaliated against when V was
seeking a job with another firm (AF) who asked M for his/her opinion
of V.
The lawyer should be aggressive, skilled, competent and have a track
record of settlements / court victories that exceed $100k and also be
able to file in NYC in a Federal court.
Part 2: $10: How to get AF to provide proof / affidavit that M indeed
talked to AF about V.
Part 3: $5: How to stop F from retaliating against AF.
Part 4: $10: Are there any alternate routes to achieving success,
such as publicity, stock holder actions, writing about it in the
papers, taking out an ad, confrontations? These should have these
worked in the past, which I?d like documentation on.
