Hi akcchan - How badly do you want the names in Chinese?  I can find
the list in English.

You will need to ensure your browser has Chinese Big5 read capability.
If you have Internet Explorer it will usually prompt you. But I guess
you already can read it from your name ;-) Otherwise you won't be able
to read the Chinese names in the lefthand column.

Thanks for tackling my question. 

I don't seem to be able to open the following two URLs provided. My
browser does enable me to read Chinese.

Hmm I'm surprised you cannot read the Chinese font on your browser, I
half anticipated that your browser was able to read Chinese as your
name I presumed was Chan, and that you requested the list in Chinese.
Anyhow, you can temporarily view what the Netfirms page with Chinese
text ( http://ccasskwc.netfirms.com/chief.htm ) should look like here
as a GIF file here:

I'm slightly puzzled to why you cannot view the second URL page:

as there is no chinese or english text used for the list just a
graphical jpeg file of about 150 odd kb I think. (maybe you have a
slow 56k modem and need to wait for it to show up?).. but anyway the
list is essentially the same list of Governors as the Worldstatesmen
page, it just looks prettier with a graphical bar chart representation
of how long each Governor was in power. ... A bit more history, if you
didn't know, most of the Governors names have been turned into street
names in Hong Kong, and the Chinese text can be seen on the street
signs or maps too.
