On a recent Daily Show with Jon Stewart, footage was shown of a
politician or other public figure saying that people who went to the
courts to ensure enforcement of the Geneva Convention, etc., at
Guantanamo Bay were aiding the terrorists.  I'd like a pointer
to a news article about this.

military site, not Guantanamo Bay.
