If you are interested in hypnosis for quitting I want you to know how
I did it with self-hypnosis... pick a date two months from now .. i
started July 5th and quit Sept 5th 2001.  I smoked for 12 years 2
packs a day but for two months I hypnotized byself by saying with
every cig I pulled out "I will quit Sept 5th becuase ____." Fill in
blank with reason why like "My breath stinks"  The habit of smoking
will actually give you the method for reprograming because it reminds
you to say it with every cig.  You must continue smoking the full two
months because that is how long it takes...even though every day you
want to smoke less and less ... by the time Sept 5 came around I was
so disgusted with cigs that I had no problem never putting another
disgusting cig in my mouth -but I still had cravings so I took it even
further...I let the cravings remind me to program even more...with
every craving I said: "I am so glad i don't smoke because ______."
Believe me this works!  Everyone I have ever told and tried it thank
me over and over again for helping them quit.
