I was offered a price that is to my liking for my townhouse in Palm
City, Florida (Martin County). As of this date, I do not have a
realtor nor a real estate lawyer. I do not have the slightest idea on
how to sell a townhouse. Can someone (preferably living in Florida and
knowledgeable about real estate) let me know exactly who I should ask
to help me in this endeavor? E.g. do you recommend a real estate
lawyer or even an agent who would let me know what offices that I
would have to contact so I would have the correct inspections and to
guide me in what other things I should ask the prospective buyer.
thank
you
