What is the average salary raise a Software
Engineer/Programmer/Developer/Analyst can expect on promotion in a
company in United States? I specifically want information regarding
promotion from entry-level to mid-level but general information will
also do. The source should be reasonably current (within last 2 years).

I DON'T want the average salary at each level but the raise (as % of
your base salary) you get when you move to a higher level.
