Hi,

October 31 2002 is the date both parties announced the deal.

According to the press release on Raytheon Australia's wesite:
31-Oct-2002 - Raytheon Australia and Spot Image Sign Satellite Agreement.
"Managing Director of Raytheon Australia, Mr Ron Fisher, today
announced an agreement with Spot Image (France) for the exclusive
distribution of SPOT 2, 4 and 5 data over the Australian region. "

Toulouse, France, October 31 2002
"SPOT IMAGE, S.A. and Raytheon Australia signed a three-year Channel
Partnership contract for exclusive SPOT distribution rights to all

products and services to government, commercial and academic markets.
Raytheon Australia is a subsidiary of Raytheon Corporation in the
U.S."

Thanks for the links. Not quiet what I am after yet. I should have
asked more specific, when did Raytheon deliver images instead of
ACRES, guess I mean when did the distribution rights change-over take
effect.
