I want to stop users from closing an application I have running all of the time. It does not run it the system tray, it will only minimize to the task bar. I want to at least force a confirmation before closing or, have a program that will monitor selected applications and automatically restart them if they are closed. I am running XP. log off when you are away from the computer, and have other users log on with their user id.. |

You can get programs that will minimize any other program to the tray. That may help a little. |

Hi, you can just click on log off "Switch User" and that keeps all the programs running as-is while someone else logs on their s/n and do whatever they want. Disadvantages, it slows the computer down for the person using at that point because there is a program and resources being used by your usernames. You got to make sure your s/n has a password on it, or someone else can just logon and close the program. -Haszan |
