Like bobbie7-ga, I'm still in need of clarification.  

Can you give us a few examples of the type of sites you WANT and the
type of sites you DON'T WANT -- perhaps one or two links to each.

This way, we can get a better feel for what you're after, and what you
want to avoid.

And if linking to sites isn't possible, then we really will need a
more thorough description of what to include and what not to include,
so we can best target our research to your needs.

I own a contract research organization.  I am looking to place
clinical research in India to save costs; that is phase 1 to phase 3
clinical trials. I would like a listing of the top places to take a
look at.  These would usually be in a university or some similar
facility.  I do not want a CRO like Quintiles or Covance.
