What if we do it this way: I'll answer your original question,
re: agents in the given cities you've listed in your follow-up
clarification. If you want more information on providers (by which
I'm guessing you mean doctors/hospitals) that fall under the PHCS PPO
network, I can provide that information provided you ask it as another
question. I already have a website lined up for it, if necessary.
I went ahead and asked my folks, who sell health insurance, for a few
pointers, and will provide a good starting point for agents in CA.
I've limited it to 1-2 agents per city, based on expediency and cost.
I appreciate your patience and clarification thus far. Now, on with
