Hi,
I am a college student applying to 4 year colleges from my community
college. I qualify as a low-income student. I was wondering where I
could find examples of essays written which request a college
application fee waiver. Any and all help is appreciated. Even links to
how to write a request is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes I am familiar with the SAT Fee-Wavier Service. I only need
information regarding Application Fee Waivers to Colleges. I would
like examples of essays written for requests for a Fee-Waiver for
College Applications. Hope this clarifies your question.
Thanks for the quick inquiry.

Out of curiostiy, you refer to samples of "essays". Do you need to
write a letter requesting the fee waived or is an essay required? I
found many different college sites on the web that all pretty much
state the same thing: for those who can't afford to pay the college
application fees, colleges will waive the fees provided they submit
the financial aid application form along with a request to waive the
fees.

I believe you should contact the individual unversities that you are
applying to, since they might have specific form you need to fill out.
If you are a California resident and applying to University of
California and are low-income, you can apply for up to 4 UC school for
free.
