Please provide a list of 4-7 phones that meet this description.  If
possible, provide links to detailed phone information (both spec
sheets and operating manuals, preferably).  If you're unable to find
at least 4 phones that qualify, contact me before posting your answer.

Your time should be spent acquiring and presenting the phone features
research, not on bargain hunting for the cheapest or best online
retailer.  (Of course, if you run across good retailers along the way,
feel free provide links.)
