Question ID: 556072
An individual that I know has taken it upon himself to submit personal photos
of me onto porn websites based on malicious motives. What can one do
to protect themselves? Any legal help available? Some of these
websites are very elusive and have erroneous
contact info listed on "WHOIS". I need to find out how to get in touch with
the website: RateMeNude. Have already gone through WHOIS, TUCOW, GOOGLE.
What kind of recourse is there? This is very damaging and there has to be
some kind of recourse I would imagine??? Desperate, Thank you.

Dear nenna-ga,

Inside U.S.
Priority right now is to find out how to remove cached page off Google Search.
I have sent a request to Google based on the "Digital Copyright Millennium Act"
and asked them to remove their cached page. Is there anything else I can do???
I did end up hearing from the "questionable website" and they actually
stated they removed my picture!!! Thank Goodness. Just need to get it
off Google Search. Any help at all would be so very much appreciated,
this is extremely
stressful. Thank you very very much,
