I'm looking for sources of and a detailed list of companies doing
business in the US, by industry, who introduce the most new products
developed by and licensed from outsiders, i.e. inventors or new
product developers who do not work for the company as employees. These
would be companies that are receptive to approaches from outsiders and
who regularly license and introduce their products.

I am not interested in any information about invention development
firms or basic information about new product development. I am
specifically interested in quantitative data from the consumer,
industrial, and low-tech areas.

The information needs to be useful for targetting industry sectors
(and specific companies) for new product development that are growing
and interested in outsider's new product submissions, whether in the
idea stage or patent pending or manufacturing-ready.
