You might want to post your request on craigslist. http://www.craigslist.org/eby/rid/ |

You might also look into the public transit systems. The capitol corridor train is very nice and about as fast as driving (especially if you'll be driving in rush hour traffic). Start here with the Amtrak Capitol Corridor Service. It connects Sacramento to San Jose, passing through Emeryville/San Francisco: http://www.cwrr.com/Amtrak/wc_caps_e.html The campus should have connecting service or recommendations for getting there from the train station. Check the commuter affairs office. |

Dear karthik_hebbar-ga, I guess as a first time poster to Google Answers you weren't familiar with the best methods to get the most out of this service. I suggest that you review the following links. http://answers.google.com/answers/faq.html http://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html As you can see, you had unrealistic expectations. Politicalguru's answer went far beyond the requirements for a $2.00 question -- of which the researcher get 75% or $1.50. In the clarification process you revealed that the initial statement of your question was incomplete. You had already done research on your own and you expected the researcher to find something beyond what you were able to locate. Unfortunately, you didn't say so in your question. Not only that, you then expressed dissatisfaction that the researcher provided you the information that you asked for. Google Researchers have many talents but mindreading is not one of them. I hope you familiarize yourself with the Google Answers FAQ and Pricing Guidelines before you post your next question so that you can have a more satisfying experience on the next go around. Wishing you well for your quest for a ride. ~ czh ~ |
