In the 8/05/05 issue of Business Week is an article describing the
Jameson Inns customer loyalty program of customers earning shares
that equal 10% of the nightly room rates.

Are there any other companies giving stock for customer loyalty
programs and what do the programs look like?

On one site, an officer of the company said that it was a unique
program, but of course he would be likely to.
Another site mentioned that the SEC investigated the program and then
approved it.  This suggests that at that time there were no similar
programs.
